This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through JunkJournalAndYap.com.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During product launches, shop updates, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, you will be notified via email.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Junk Journal & Yap is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Delivery delays may occur due to postal service issues, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Junk Journal & Yap is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist if documentation is needed.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers should check with neighbors, building management, or their local post office.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to Junk Journal & Yap due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the order will not be automatically reshipped.
Returned items may be restocked at the discretion of Junk Journal & Yap. If the customer still wishes to receive the item, a new order must be placed through the website, subject to product availability and current pricing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Junk Journal & Yap is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Junk Journal & Yap has no control over customs processing times or fees.

We currently ship to select international destinations. If shipping is unavailable to your location, please contact us prior to placing an order.
