Refund & Return Policy

Junk Journal & Yap
Effective March 2026

Because many Junk Journal & Yap products are curated, handmade, or assembled in small batches, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at junkjournalandyap@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Replacement of the item, if available
Store credit, if the item is no longer in stock

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Scrap packs and mixed paper packs
• Sticker packs
• Opened or used items
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale items
• Gift cards


Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

If a return is approved due to damage or incorrect shipment, we will provide instructions.


Shipping Issues

Junk Journal & Yap is not responsible for:

• Packages delayed by shipping carriers
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on JunkJournalAndYap.com, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it.

Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution of the issue and may result in refusal of future orders.


European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, consumer protection laws may provide a 14-day cancellation period. However, this right does not apply to:

• Custom or personalized goods
• Items that have been opened or used
• Products made or assembled specifically for the customer

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
